– Workmanship: If you are unsatisfied with the workmanship of our installation or repair, contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will make every effort to address and correct the issue.
– Equipment & Parts: Manufacturer warranties may apply to parts or equipment purchased through us. We can assist in filing warranty claims, subject to the manufacturer’s terms.
- RETURNS FOR EQUIPMENT OR PARTS
– Eligibility: You may return unused equipment or parts in original packaging within 7 days of purchase.
– Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
– Condition: The item must be in its original condition, with no signs of use or installation.
– Restocking Fee: We may charge a restocking fee for certain items. Any applicable fee will be disclosed before you complete the return.
- REFUNDS
